Join us for a restorative Woodland Wellness Retreat in the beautiful Sussex countryside.

Over two days of healing practices with new friends, you will have the opportunity to slow down, find calm, and reset. You’re invited to join us for yoga, walks, forest bathing, sauna, and more, with space for alone time and community.
