We believe community is key to wellness. We bring people together to step back from busy lives and reset in beautiful surroundings.
We will connect with nature and each other, move our bodies, and create space in our minds to refresh our energy and refocus.
We will also remind ourselves of helpful practices to take back into our daily lives to maintain the peace and centering achieved on the retreat.
MEET YOUR RETREAT TEAM

Andy and Yasmin set up Re.Pose Retreats to bring together like-minded people and share opportunities to build wellness in community. Their combined professional experiences across wellbeing and hospitality, alongside established personal yoga practices, give them the skills and enthusiasm to share what they have learned and encourage slower, more mindful lives through their thoughtful retreats!

Linzi's love of body movement and bodywork began in 1997 with anatomy & physiology training, later becoming a qualified Personal Trainer & sports massage therapist. After a back injury, Linzi found Iyengar yoga and fell in love with the precision and detailed explanations. Linzi travelled to India in 2015, becoming a fully qualified yoga teacher. She is dedicated to bringing students the most current, accessible and suitable practice.

Amanda has worked in the health field for over 20 years, with qualified skills as a Personal Trainer, Traditional Thai Massage Practitioner, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. She finds Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy to be the most interesting approach, and notes its immense healing impact on herself and others. Amanda continues the curiosity into what it is to live in Health.
